Privacy Policy

SuratCabNow collects the trip details you submit through the booking form, such as your name, mobile number, pickup, destination, travel date, time and preferred vehicle. These details are used to respond to your cab enquiry.

Location and address search

You can type a pickup or destination and use address suggestions. If you choose “Choose current location” for pickup, your browser will ask for location permission. Your device location is used to identify the pickup address for your enquiry. You can deny location access and type the address manually instead. Address search and reverse-geocoding requests may be processed by our mapping service provider.

Advertising and website measurement

We may use Google advertising and Google Analytics measurement to understand visits, campaign sources, page views, engagement, scroll depth, important link/button interactions and successful enquiries. Campaign information may include UTM parameters or a Google click identifier. We do not intentionally send your name, mobile number or free-form booking addresses as analytics event parameters.

Behavior analytics

When enabled, Microsoft Clarity may be used to understand how visitors interact with the website through aggregated heatmaps, interaction signals and session recordings. Form input content is treated as sensitive and is masked by the behavior analytics service by default. These tools help us identify usability problems such as confusing controls, abandoned booking steps or pages where visitors stop engaging.

How we use information

Your information is used for trip availability, quotation, customer support, lead-source measurement and notifying the booking team about your enquiry. Service providers may process limited information on our behalf where needed to provide address lookup, email notification, hosting, advertising measurement or website analytics. We do not publish your submitted contact details.
